During a Reiki treatment, some Reiki practitioner place their hands on their client while others do not. Keith may do some of both. When Keith is giving a Reiki treatment, he will do what he feels guided to do. Sometimes it may involve placing his hands on certain parts of your body (you can ask not to be touched at all), he may just have his hands hovering over certain parts of your body (the Reiki energy extends out from the hands), or he may work in your energy field / aura. Once the treatment is finished, you will have a chance to ask any questions you may have. There will also be time for you and Keith to discuss what was experienced during the treatment if you so wish to.

Currently, Keith is only offering Reiki single person treatments in the privacy and comfort of your own home. Keith will bring a massage table, and you have the option of using your own pillow and sheets, if that makes you feel more comfortable. Keith doesn’t use any oils, so your sheets won’t get stained.
